Alana left an impressive career pursuit (in the music industry) several years ago, to—in her own words — “become who I was meant to be.” The happy result has been a return with a new album inspired by her desire to compassionately address the “identity crisis of the church…helping the Christian perspective of God get bigger as the cosmology expands.”
These are heady words we’re not accustomed to hearing from those whose craft has so often been relegated to mere entertainment. But Alana is serious. And though her music is most certainly pleasing to the ear, there is deep intelligence and mentored passion here.
